SEVEN WAYS TO BOOST YOUR CREATIVITY

Creativity is one of the things we try to incorporate into our daily routine, but even if you find yourself creative thinker, you know you can't be inspired 24/7.
If there are days when you feel completely blank, you will learn how to manage your creativity here, or where to look for some.

1. READING
One way to be creative is to read. Even just 15 minutes before going to bed, you will wake up with many more ideas. One trick is not to get stuck in the same genre. Reading also helps relieve stress and distract you from thoughts.
2. DIFFERENT WORK ENVIRONMENTS
If you work from home, always in the same work environment can become tiring. Finding coffee, take your laptop and working from there can help you have some creativity. Despite being around many people, conversations and sounds, having things to look at helps more than you think.

3. BREAK ROUTINE
Sometimes doing the same in your daily routine can lead to a drop in creativity. Try to make or add something different. Maybe try a different route to work or change your morning routine. Add an exercise or talk to someone unexpected. Old ways open new doors.
4. BE ACTIVE
It is proven in a research that people who exercise regularly have better creativity. Whatever is regular exercise and/or healthy ways, just do something that makes your heart pounding.

5. ENGAGE IN DIFFERENT ARTS
If writing or photography are your first forms of creativity, and sometimes there is a spark in inspiration, you should try different arts. Even though you're good at what you do, be sure to try. For example, painting and drawing can serve as a meditation, a state that helps ease your concerns and encourages your creative. An exercise for your brain.
6. SILENCE YOUR SELF-DOUBT
"The worst enemy for creativity is self-doubt."
There is always a point where the creative process is going to have a moment of self-doubt. And it creates a kind of anxiety. Try to find the best ways to fight your doubts, treat each new project as an improvement path. A good process leads to perfection.
7. GET OUTSIDE YOURSELF
When you are dropping ideas, try to pull your head to finish what has already begun. By becoming interested in other things besides what you are interested in, it helps you complete your goal faster. Getting interested in other things and shifting your focus - you'll be amazed at what can happen!
