We always imagine the weekend longer than it really is. But that's not the point. It is always sad when it comes to Sunday and we feel bad for not doing anything for us. These two days fly so fast, we don´t even notice that we spend most of our time waking up late and wrapping ourselves in the blankets for hours, is that really necessary? So, this weekend do something productive for yourself.
- Don´t plan to much:
The first problem is to say that you are going to do this, this and this. Focus on one thing only for the weekend and alternate.
- Take time to relax:
We don´t have to make the weekend into seven days of work! So take time to rest. In this way, you will not start to feel heavy on your job and not have the time for a simple face mask.
- Save your favorite series by the end of the afternoon:
Spend your day being productive, and reward yourself with your favorite movies and series at the end of the day, when you have time to sit back and relax.
- Read:
When you are stuck in inspiration, just read, because it increases the knowledge and it will inspire you to do something for yourself.
- Move:
When was the last time you played some music and danced until you're short of breath?The weekend is ideal for this.
- Disconnect yourself from the digital world:
Take a few hours of your weekend to disconnect your devices and stimulate your brain to the old habits: running, writing and having a good conversation. Either of these options, you are sure to turn off your devices or mute. Believe, it's going to be okay.
- Stay positive:
Don´t let the voices in your head tell you that you are too tired or you can´t do this. Go outside, get some fresh air and take your breath away before you spend the week thinking about what you could have done over the weekend.
Make your weekend productive, not just two days when you can sleep all day and get ready for the work in the week. You can do this, and be more inspired and prepared than a whole day lying on the sofa.
